They've been so instrumental in raising me to be the man I am today. Not only have they been great role models, but they've showed me how to be kind, respectful, and most importantly, caring.
In addition, since I was a young boy, my mom has showed me what hard work is.
Being a single parent her whole life, she taught me about making sacrifices. She worked long hours to make sure food was on the table and that we had a roof over our heads. She also made it possible for my brother and I to play all the sports we did.
The older I get, it becomes crystal clear how much she did for my brother and I, and I can't thank her enough! I love you mom!

So, what I really wanted to tell you about was our new meal prep menu items!
We think it's important to keep you in the loop, so each month we will be highlighting our new menu items.
Here they are for the month of May!
For anyone who loves pasta but is on a low-carb diet, our Spaghetti Squash is for you!
It's roasted until tender and served with our low-reactive marinara sauce or homemade bolognese.
And, it's Keto, Paleo, Gluten-Free, Low FODMAP, and Vegetarian (if you order with marinara sauce).
