I have found this so easy and delicious! Didn't have to figure out what to buy for low FODMAP and what to cook, new recipes, etc, at least not for now. Thank you, Taylor and Mike! I'll continue this for another few weeks, so I can introduce the four "trigger" food groups, to figure out what I need to avoid. As soon as I can identify those triggers for my Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), I plan to start a whole food plant based lifestyle and diet. So glad Taylor Made Cuisine can help me with that too. It's been WONDERFUL to have my symptoms resolve on this new food plan for me and EVERYTHING IS SCRUMMY!!! Brenda
